What have you learnt from your audience feedback?

I will use this Questionnaire to get written audience feedback on all 3 products. this will then allow me to see the advantages ad disadvantages to my products. The questionnaire is posted below:

These results made me feel quite shocked and confused. i eliminated factors within the questionnaire but it still did not answer my worries and confusion (it lead me to wanting to know more information of what my audience think)

Because some of this feedback from questionnaires lead to me wanting to know more about their decisions- i made a focus group to try and eliminate why certain factors were occurring.

This feed back re-assured me to what the problems were with my products and why my questionnaire results were so 'scatty' and confusing.

To keep my feedback consistent and within the technology my target audience are using everyday; i decided to create a Facebook group asking them pacifically about what they thought of the MUSIC VIDEO.

From reading these Facebook comments i felt more relieved about my predictions about what i thought they meant form the questionnaires, and they were correct.
From the feedback on Facebook; to improve my 'Print' products i must make each product not as dark and more eye catching, but still keep it as consistent as i have done.
To improve my Video, i must add more types of camera shots and attempt different locations.



I felt it was necessary to gain audience feedback from my drafts; as i thought the missing elements our audience feel are missing are touched upon in early drafts. This inspired me to put together a final and draft product to see what improvement could be made to create a 'Perfect' product. Audience feedback allowed me to make comparisons about drafts and final products to give me in site on how to improve if i was to complete the product again.

Over all i was not too shocked to the audience feedback as i have obtained both positive and negative feedback. If you do not have Negative feedback you will never be able to improve you skill. and EVERYONE has different opinions - this makes us unique which will reflect on products of the future.
